If you are having issues with your order or are experiencing delays please note:

Not all products are kept in stock in New Zealand, some products are sourced direct from International suppliers.
Your goods will be shipped direct either from the USA, Australia, China or Japan depending on stock and item. ETA on most items is within 7 to 10 working days.

Please contact us If you have not received your parts or if there are any issues, all parts have 10,000km or 1 year warranty when installed by a qualified mechanic. ( note this is not a friend who knows a bit about cars and is having a go at helping you out.) We will require a copy of the invoice for the installation from your mechanic. 

If a product we sell states certain maintenance must be completed prior to installing a part this must be evidenced on the invoice. For example cleaning of banjo bolt filters / oil feed pipes and a oil change when installing one of our turbo cores. For any claims please email us at autosparesnz@gmail.com
